How much does shipping cost?

The customer is responsible for shipping and crate costs upon final payment. Please note, as prices can fluctuate, we cannot guarantee shipping quotes prior to shipping.

To help you estimate shipping costs, below are typical price ranges for curbside delivery in Canada and the U.S.

To the USA

All of our products are duty and tax-free in the U.S., and we cover the customs broker fee.

East Coast

Soaker Tubs: $400-500
Hot tubs and saunas: $600-$1000

West Coast

Soaker Tubs: $400-500
Hot tubs and saunas: $500-$900

Midwest

Expect to split the difference between the east and west coast. The cost will vary depending on how close you are to a shipping terminal.

Within Canada

British Columbia
Soaker Tubs: $200-$500
Hot tubs and saunas: $300-$1000

The cost of shipping generally increases when shipping to northern territories and far eastern provinces.

Do you offer a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products with a 5-year guarantee on materials and workmanship on our tubs, saunas and cisterns, as well as on our wood stoves.

Electric and gas heaters, pumps and filters are covered by manufacturer warranties.

What are your lead times?

Each product is carefully handmade to order. Due to high demand, our current wait times range from 16-20 weeks, from the time we receive your deposit.

Do you have International Dealers?

Atelier Nordic in France and Rivera Hot Tubs in England are trusted suppliers of Forest Cooperage tubs.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care to ensure your order is safely packed for shipping and delivery. If for some reason a product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will make it right.

Where do you ship?

All of our products are available to ship worldwide.

How will the order arrive?

Most products ship flat packed and require assembly on-site, with the exception of our soaker tubs, which ship fully assembled.

Our shipping partners offer curbside delivery.

Your tub or sauna will come in a well-constructed heavyweight plywood crate, which is unloaded with a power liftgate and a pallet jack. It is the responsibility of the customer to move the crate somewhere dry until it is ready to be installed. It is essential the wood is kept dry prior to installation.

Oversized shipments for large saunas and cisterns shipped longer than 96” may require the crate to be unpacked and unloaded directly from the truck within 30 minutes of the driver’s arrival.

Your dream tub.

We crafted our first cedar hot tub nearly a quarter-century ago. Since then, we’ve shipped over 1,000 Fo rest Cooperage products to customers around the globe. Every one reflects a commitment to quality that begins with the materials we use and the methods we apply.
